Opening Day Approaches

Everyone is excited about the grand opening which is getting closer everyday--there is talk of a September opening. Staff and patrons are anxious to move in and enjoy the first permanent home for the Ingleside Libray in 84 years. We're keeping you posted and looking forward to seeing you in September in the new digs!

Counting Survey Pizza Party - June 23rd

Ingleside Branch won the Patron's Opinion Counting Survey Contest so a Pizza Party was held at the branch with Luis Herrera-City Librarian, Brian Bannon-Chief of Branches, Martha Neves-Asst. Chief of Branches and Ingleside Staff Members present. Congratulations, Ingleside Staff Members consisting of Lucia Wong, Eva Tong, Christopher Chen, Mary Hanowsky, Jorge Meza, Lily Kong, Adeline Hwang, Lise Braden and Aveline Ronquillo.

Found San Francisco is a wiki that invites history buffs and all San Franciscans to share their unique stories, images, and videos from the past and present. This growing online archive provides people with access to the city's lost history, with content contributed by hundreds of participants. From ferry boats to bike messengers and tours through the neighborhoods to redevelopment. Come learn how to use this new resource and contribute your own stories!
