Community Affair - Dec. 14th

The winner of the Fil-Am Essay Writing Contest was announced last Sunday, Dec. 14th at the St. Emydius Fil-Am Unity Club Christmas celebration. The winner is Benice Francisco from Balboa High School. The award was $200.00 presented by Estelle Oloresisimo, President.

How To Create a Blog - Dec. 19th

Students will learn how to build a simple personal blog, create and edit postings, create and change the page layout, add photos, create hyperlinks, incorporate streaming videos and audios into the blog and save blog contents. Space is limited so please call 355-2898 to sign up. The class starts at 3:30-5:30 pm. Friday, Dec. 19th, 2008 at Ingleside Branch.

The Chung Ngai Dance Troupe - Dec. 14th

Come see the beautiful and colorful dancers of the Chung Ngai Dance Troupe, who have performed for the San Francisco Chinese American community since 1966. Besides traditional folk dance, their programs include lion dancing, drumming, and martial arts. A great way to bring in the holiday festivities! Their presentation starts at 2:30 pm on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008.
